PIC

The elementary students had a great time during their outing to PIC.  After weeks of rainy weather, the sky cleared up for a day of fun in the sun.  It was a wonderful class bonding experience – whether it was cruising down the slides, playing in the water park, a game of tag in the Lazy River, practicing badminton skills, or mastering the game

Elementary PIC day, Thursday Sept. 29

The Pacific Islands Club has invited the children from our Elementary class to come to the PIC water park on Thursday September 29, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. to enjoy a free Waterpark Pass. The entire group must meet in the Lobby at 8:30 AM to receive their wristbands.  The class will be permitted to enter only when everyone has arrived. Students

Junior Hike a success

Despite the weather we had a great turn out for the first Junior Hiker trail at Obyan beach. The trail started at the Obyan beach parking lot and took us along limestone cliffs, a World War II bunker, and on to a secluded pocket beach just South of Obyan beach. Thanks to Derek and Cole for setting the trail and the information along the trail about Latte stones, coral in the Limestone

Half-day September 23

Please keep in mind that Friday September 23 is a half day for staff development. All students are to be picked up at 11:00 am.


Junior Hikers Sept 25.

The first Junior Hiker trail is set for Sunday September 25 from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm.  Meeting place is the Obyan beach parking lot.  The hike is a short boonie trail (about 10 minute hike for the older kids, 15-20 minute hike for younger kids), to a small pocket beach just to the south of Obyan beach.  Wear shoes for the hike and for playing in the

Morning Arrivals – Students may be brought to school between 8:00 and 8:15. Please make an effort to be on time as late arrivals are disruptive to the children and teachers at work. Thank you.
